Kenjirooo, you need to upload the photo for us first yo! c;
That link you gave us is only for your account.
First, drag the picture unto your desktop, then go to tinypic.com, after, press upload and choose your logo, then give us the new link that was given to you.

It is way to huge when i upload it whit tinypic :/
it's as big as the whole page :/
