Power crystal

There should be enhancements to magic and range items too.
For example:
Magic:
- Enhanced Ancient staff makes the ancient spells (blood, shadow, smoke and ice) 10% stronger. For example: Blood barrage heals 10% more than normal amount and Ice barrage's freeze holds the enemy for 10% longer.
- Enhanced Magic Wand gets an additional Magic attack bonus of 10. This is permanent.
- Enhanced Staff of Light gets 10% additional damage bonus during 5 minutes of using it in combat. Cool down time is 30 minutes.

Range:
- Enchanced bolts gets the ability to poison the enemy with hits starting at 80 lp.
- Enhanced rune crossbow gets the ability to freeze/stun the opponent for 5 seconds dealing 100 extra damage.
